Therapy for anyone who feels ‘stuck’
Kristy Bastone, LCMHC, NCC
Founder & Therapist
If you're navigating anxiety, chronic illness, trauma, parenting, life transitions, or ongoing stress, you may feel stuck, disconnected, or exhausted. Invisible struggles like chronic pain, fatigue, or emotional distress can be difficult for others to understand, leaving you feeling isolated or unsure of who you are as life changes.
If this feels familiar, you're in the right place. I can be a listening ear. We can also do important work—if you feel up for it—including identifying unhelpful thought patterns, building coping skills, exploring your values, and developing practical strategies to help you move toward the life you want.

Helping You Regain a Sense of Agency
Kristy Bastone, LCMHC, NCC
Founder & Therapist, Garner Wellness
Regaining a sense of agency doesn't mean life becomes perfect. It means feeling more equipped to respond to life's challenges with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, and help you create a life that feels more intentional and aligned with your values.
A Personalized Approach to Therapy
I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all.
I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, solution-focused, strengths-based, feminist, and person-centered approaches to create therapy that's multi-culturally aware, LGBTQ+ affirming, and tailored to your unique needs.
If something isn't working or doesn't feel like the right fit, we'll adjust together. Therapy should adapt to you—not the other way around.
Making Therapy Make Sense
One of my strengths as a therapist is translating complex psychological concepts into language that's practical and easy to understand.
My goal isn't simply to provide insight—it's to help you leave each session with ideas and tools you can actually use in everyday life.
